Andrea Macias Lucero joins HSES as a PK3 Teacher Assistant. She previously worked in HISD and as a substitute teacher at HSES. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 from the University of Houston Downtown. She enjoys exploring nature, going on walks, reading, fostering animals, and listening to music. Andrea says, “I want to make the world a better place and teach that everyone can bring something new or interesting to the world.I love working with children because there’s never a dull moment and you’re always on the go!”
