To be considered for the 2025-26 school year, all required application documents must be submitted by February 28, 2025.

 

APPLY FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD

Early Childhood * Infants, Toddlers and Twos (3-36 months)

APPLY FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

Primary 3 (age 3 as of Sept. 1)
Online application and application fee ($200)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (if attended previous school)
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation

Primary 4 (age 4 as of Sept. 1)
Online application and application fee ($200)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (if attended previous school)
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation 

Bridge (age 4 with summer birthdays)
Online application and application fee ($200)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (if attended previous school)
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation 

 

APPLY FOR LOWER SCHOOL

Kindergarten (age 5 as of Sept. 1)
Online application and application fee ($200)

  • WPPSI-IV (Education Specialists for appointment) or school-conducted assessment at time of classroom visit
  • Report cards (current and previous two years, if applicable) 
  • Other recent testing (if applicable)
  • Teacher Recommendation Form (if attended previous school)
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation

First Through Fourth Grade
Online application and application fee ($200)

  • WPPSI-IV for first grade (Education Specialists for appointment) or school-conducted assessment at time of classroom visit
  • WISC-V for second through fourth grades (Education Specialists for appointment) or school-conducted assessment at time of classroom visit
  • Report cards (current and previous two years, as applicable) 
  • Other recent testing (if applicable)
  • Teacher Recommendation Form
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation

 

APPLY FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL

Fifth Through Eighth Grade

Online application and application fee ($200)

  • ISEE testing or school-conducted assessment at time of classroom visit
  • Report cards (current and previous two years) 
  • Other recent testing (if applicable)
  • Teacher Recommendation Form in fifth grade 
  • Teacher Recommendation Forms for Math and English in sixth through eighth grades 
  • Scheduled classroom visit and observation
  • Student interview
