Since Mr. Gehman joined the HSES team in 2021, he has been eager to jump right in to get to know each class by applying the experience he acquired at his previous position with HISD. Nick has taught mathematics, language arts, science, and biology to sixth through eighth grade at Williams Middle School since graduating from Texas A&M University. He is currently working on his teacher certification through Texas Teachers of Tomorrow, and HSES is proud to support him in reaching the required hours of teaching to complete the certification program. Nick also attended the American School of Doha in Qatar and enjoys journalism, public speaking, volleyball and fitness activities during his free time.
