Whitney Garcia joined HSES as our Director of Communications in 2023. Whitney earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston with a major in English Grammar and Linguistics. She previously held communications positions in news, IT and education.

Whitney was born and raised in Sugar Land and currently lives in Richmond with her husband, Christian, and daughter, Josephine. In her free time, Whitney enjoys being outdoors, cheering on Houston sports teams, swimming, and spending time with her family.
