“You never know what you’re capable of until you try!” It’s a saying Taylor Reynolds’ Primary 3 students hear often—and a classroom philosophy that’s at the heart of their enthusiasm for learning and their willingness to explore new things. Prior to joining Holy Spirit in 2019, Mrs. Reynolds served as a long-term substitute at a local independent school, and knew she wanted to teach full-time. When she heard about an opening at Holy Spirit, she jumped at the chance to join our faculty—and says she still lights up every time she sees her students’ smiling faces each morning. Trained in early literacy techniques through Rice University’s School Literacy and Culture program, Mrs. Reynolds holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. In her free time, she loves to escape into an interesting story, and aims to read at least one good book a week. |
